EPN Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans, medicare and offers self pay options. EPN Urgent Care requires payment at the time of service. Please note, fees vary depending on the level of service provided. In most cases, EPN Urgent Care fees are substantially lower than alternative healthcare choices.
At the time of service, patients are required to pay the urgent care co-pay as determined by their insurance carrier. The urgent care co-pay is typically much less than that charged by hospital emergency departments. We accept more than 21 insurance plans, including the ones listed below.
A pre-payment deposit of $195 is required prior to service for patients who maintain membership in High Deductible Plans. If deductible requirements have been satisfied, with verification from the insurance company, only the co-pay (determined by your insurance carrier) is required. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash. No personal checks are accepted.
As a service to our senior population, we participate with Medicare Part B. We also participate with various Medicare Advantage Plans, sometimes called “Part C” or “MA Plans,” that are offered by private companies. If you have a Medicare Advantage Plan or a secondary plan and your insurance card says “Medicare,” Federal law provides for you to be seen at any emergency room or qualified urgent care center.
While it is impossible to participate with every insurance plan, we strive to accommodate all patients and plans. First-time patients are required to pay $179 in advance of treatment. Returning patients are asked to pay $139 or $99, depending on services. Additional charges for procedures, labs and/or x-rays will be billed. We will courtesy bill your insurance carrier, and you may be reimbursed directly from your carrier at the rate determined by your plan. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and cash. No personal checks are accepted.
